Accesible Seating Information
NC University, in conjunction with the PNC Arena, recognizes it should be accessible as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. It is because of the ADA Amendments Act (ADAAA), which was signed into law in 2008 that changes are being made in ticketing. These laws protect persons with disabilities, and we continue to make every effort to comply with and federal accessibility regulations and make reasonable accommodations for our guests.
Accessible seating is located at the top of Sections 210-215 and 216-222 at Carter-Finley Stadium, and the lower, club, and upper level of the PNC Arena. All accessible seats not sold through season tickets and mini plans are available for purchase as single games until the event is sold out. If the event is not on sale on www.gopack.com, no seats are available for purchase. All seats will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
There are three ways you may purchase tickets:
In person
Tickets may be purchased in person at the NC Ticket Office 5400 Trinity Road, Suite 407, Raleigh, NC 27607 (cash, AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). The Box Office is open Monday through Friday 8:30AM - 4:30PM, excluding university holidays. Please inform the NC Ticket Office representative that you need to purchase accessible seating at the time of purchase. Please be specific in the type of seating that you require. Please tell the ticketing agent whether you need wheelchair, mobility impaired, sight impaired or hearing impaired seating, the number of accessible seats you will need and the number of companion seats you will need
By telephone
Tickets may be charged by phone by calling the NC Ticket Office at (919)865-1510. Phone lines are open Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding university holidays. Please inform the NC Ticket Office representative that you need to purchase accessible seating at the time of purchase. Please be specific in the type of seating that you require. Please tell the ticketing agent whether you need wheelchair, mobility impaired, sight impaired or hearing impaired seating, the number of accessible seats you will need and the number of companion seats you will need

When purchasing tickets online via gopack.com, please click on the "Request Accessible Tickets" link, and complete and submit the form, an NC Ticket Office representative will contact you to complete the transaction.
