Q:  Can anyone purchase season tickets?

A:  Yes.  Anyone can purchase season tickets based on availability.

Q:  Can I buy individual ACC game tickets?

A:  ACC games are sold in packages of 4 and 8, however, if there are additional tickets available for a single game they will be released to the public 1 to 2 weeks before the game.

Q:  Can I buy ACC Tournament tickets?

A:  Tournament tickets are not available to everyone.  Wolfpack Club members who are eligible for Tournament tickets are sent an application in advance.

Q:  Can I buy a parking pass for the RBC Center?

A:  If you buy season tickets you can purchase a parking pass for the arena lot.  If you are purchasing mini plans or single game tickets then you can buy a $10 per game general parking pass in advance or pay $10 when you arrive at the arena.

Q:  If I buy tickets online or over the phone will you mail me the tickets or do I pick them up? 

A:  If tickets are purchased at least 10 days before the event the NC State Ticket Office will mail them, unless otherwise specified.  Any tickets purchased within 10 day of the event will be available at Will-Call either at the NC State Ticket Office or on game-day at the RBC Center Box Office starting 60 or 90 minutes before tip (depending on the game).

Q:  When does the will-call window open?

A:  Will-call opens 90 minutes prior to tip-off for ACC games, 60 minutes for non-conference games and the gates open 60 minutes prior for all games.

Q:  Can I use a credit card at the RBC Center Box Office on game-day to purchase tickets?

A:  No.  Unfortunately, credit cards are not accepted at the RBC Center Box Office on game-day to purchase tickets.  All tickets purchased at the RBC Center Box Office for NC State Basketball games must be paid in cash.

Q:  What if I need to exchange my tickets for a handicap accessible seat?

A:  Bring your tickets to the NC State Ticket Office in advance and we can exchange them for accessible seating.  You can also exchange them at the will-call window 60 minutes prior to tip-off for non-conference games and 90 minutes prior to tip-off for ACC games.
