Howell To Participate In Reese's Division I College All-Star Game

RALEIGH – NC State’s Richard Howell is one 22 players who have been selected to play in the Reese’s Division I College All-Star game Friday, April 5 at 5 p.m. at the Georgia Dome.
Howell, from nearby Marietta, led the conference and ranked fifth nationally in rebounding with 10.9 per game. The first-team All-ACC selection was the Wolfpack’s second-leading scorer 12.7 points per game, and shot 57 percent from the field, which ranked second on the team and third best in the ACC.
Howell’s 18 double-doubles this season led in the ACC and ranked sixth nationally and were the most by a Pack player in a single season since Tommy Burleson had 26 in 1973-74. His 31 career double-doubles are the most since Todd Fuller had 39 from 1993-96.
