Timothy Rabas was named an assistant strength and conditioning coach for football in the spring of 2012. Rabas joined the Pack staff after spending six years as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Oregon State University.
At OSU, Rabas worked with the football program and was the Director of Strength & Conditioning for men's basketball, volleyball, baseball, wrestling, swimming programs and performance camps.
From 2004-06, Rabas worked with football, wrestling and women's basketball at Northern Illinois University. He also worked as a graduate assistant at The Citadel, and served a strength and conditioning internship with the Chicago Bulls.
A four-year letterwinner in football at Wisconsin-Stevens Point, Rabas was named Special Teams Player of the Year twice. He earned his B.S. in health promotion with a minor in nutrition in 2002, and his master's in exercise and sports science from The Citadel in 2011.
A native of Green Bay, Wis., Rabas is a member of USA Weightlifting and the National Strength Coaches Association (NSCA). He is competitive in Olympic weightlifting.
