Stephen Franken to make PGA Tour Debut at Wyndham Championships

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Former NC State men's golfer Stephen Franken will make his PGA Tour debut at the Wyndham Championships at Sedgefield Country Club this week.
The four-year NC State lettermen from 2015-19 tied for the lowest score in the 18-hole open qualifier at Bermuda Run on Monday.
Franken was the 2018 ACC Men's Golfer of the Year and the 2018 ACC Scholar Athlete of the Year. His career stroke average of 71.06 in 137 rounds played remains the lowest career stroke average in NC State program history.
