Requests related to the following are ineligible to receive donations:
- Requests that would benefit students in grades 9-12, preparatory school, or junior college are not permitted due to NCAA regulations.
- Items may NOT be provided to a high school, preparatory school or 2-year college for any reason. This includes K-12 schools that are financially tied or associated with a high school.
- Requests for operating expenses and other monetary donations.
- Business award and incentive programs (for profit).
PLEASE NOTE: All equipment/apparel purchased by the NC State University Department of Athletics becomes property of the State of North Carolina and cannot be donated to ANY organization
Effective January 1, 2024, NC State Athletics will no longer be accepting donation requests for tickets to their events. Due to the progression of collegiate Name, Image, and Likeness, donation requests are limited to coaches autographs only. The number of autographs are limited to the discretion of the team representatives. Any donation request will require the organization to provide their own item to be signed. If you need to purchase an unsigned item, please visit Wolfpack Outfitters, The Official Online Store of NC State Athletics.
Charitable items are limited to 1 per charitable group and will be donated only to efforts in support of NC State's core charitable initiatives (a list of these initiatives can be found below).
Donation Requests must be submitted via the online request form below. Any and all requests made outside of this online form will not be processed. If the item the organization is supplying is necessary to be shipped, please provide a return label for the item to be returned once signed. NC State Athletics will NOT cover the cost of shipping labels to return autographed items
