Women’s Golf Begins Season at Cougar Classic

HANAHAN, S.C. – The NC State women's golf team is set to tee off the 2025-26 season at the Cougar Classic. The tournament, hosted by the College of Charleston, is held at Yeamans Hall Club, which is a par 71, 6,269-yard course in Hanahan, South Carolina.
The tournament will be held from Monday, Sept. 8 to Tuesday, Sept. 9. The Pack will play 36 holes on Monday and wrap up play with 18 on Tuesday. This field features 18 teams, including five in the top 30 of the Golfweek Preseason Poll. NC State came in at No. 29 in that poll, one of seven ACC squads in the preseason ranks.
