Final Results
LAHAINA on Maui, Hawaii – The NC State men's golf team ended the fall portion of its 2015-16 schedule in fine fashion on the Hawaiian island of Maui, placing third in the field of 19 teams at the Ka'anapali Collegiate Classic. Four NC State golfers finished within the top 29 of a strong 102-golfer field which included top-25 teams Oklahoma (tournament champion) and Georgia (tournament runner-up).

ELEVEN IN THE TOP 20
NC State ended the fall season with 11 top-20 finishes. Freshman Stephen Franken (T15) and senior David Cooke (T15) both achieved this feat on the island of Maui, with each golfer ending the fall season with two straight top-20 results. Freshman Davis Richards (T29 at Ka'anapali Classic) leads the team with three finishes among the top 20 of a tournament field.
NEVER FURTHER THAN FIFTH
As a team, the Wolfpack remained incredibly consistent throughout the fall. Following a fifth-place result in Kiawah, S.C., to open the season, the Wolfpack has earned the following finishes: 2nd of 15, 2nd of 16, 3rd of 15, and 3rd of 19.
WINTER BREAK
The Wolfpack will now have an extended break from official tournament competition. NC State will next compete as a team at the 2016 Puerto Rico Classic from Feb. 21-23.
